Product Delivery Manager (Agile/Scrum)

Salary: $105,322–$131,652 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Partner with Product Managers to manage technical and support backlogs, track progress, and resolve support issues.
• Coordinate product support, third-party application support, deployments, and post-launch issue resolution.
• Identify and remove impediments while ensuring project teams have the resources needed to deliver.
• Coach teams on Agile and Scrum practices, self-organization, collaboration, and performance improvement.
• Plan and coordinate delivery activities to release scalable, stable, and high-quality products on schedule.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
• At least five years of project management experience, preferably in a product development environment, with a record of successful project delivery.
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, support, and business stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks, software development lifecycles, and technical backlog management.
• Understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, security, quality standards, post-release support, and incident management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
• PMP or equivalent delivery certification.
• Formal Agile training and proficiency with project management tools.
