Manager - Technology Delivery

Location: New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA; on-site. Travel to client sites is required as determined by the project, including locations outside the primary office, state, or region. Remote or hybrid work may be permitted for certain projects, but client requirements take precedence.

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead project teams through project setup, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage technology implementation, organizational and process strategy, and PMO establishment projects.
• Facilitate workshops, lead client meetings, and provide status updates to executive stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Support internal growth through mentoring, recruitment, strategy, and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in system implementation, SDLC, integration, and project management.
• 3+ years of consulting or professional services experience.
• Experience managing client-facing requirements sessions, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable reviews.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and status reporting.
• Training in process or technology methodologies such as Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile, or Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field; proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience in Media & Entertainment or Consumer Products industries.
• Experience at a large consulting firm such as Accenture, Deloitte, EY, Capgemini, or PwC.
