Location: US-Remote
Salary: $113,000–$160,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead technology delivery across cross-functional Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, IT, and business teams.
- Facilitate sprint planning, capacity planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery coordination.
- Support Salesforce and integrated enterprise application initiatives across Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Fulfillment, and Customer Experience workflows.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve requirements gaps, dependencies, risks, blockers, and delivery trade-offs.
- Coordinate QA readiness, demonstrations, deployments, and business-facing training through DevOps pipeline activities.
- Develop Jira dashboards and delivery metrics covering capacity, sprint velocity, backlog health, risks, and execution performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in product management, business systems, IT operations, project management, or Agile delivery.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, and enterprise delivery, backlog management, documentation, or reporting tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, software development lifecycle practices, change management, and governance.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Certified ScrumMaster, Professional Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe Scrum Master, or another relevant Agile or project management certification.
