What you will do
- Manage enterprise projects from initial communication to completion using agile principles.
- Lead cross-functional engagements across cloud, data, analytics, AI, application development, digital experience, and strategy.
- Act as the intermediary between customers and technical leadership to gather requirements, estimate work, define milestones, and evaluate risks; run standups, scrum ceremonies, and status meetings.
- Resolve customer concerns and serve as an escalation point to keep projects progressing.
- Own project scope, finances, schedule, and deliverables; provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
- Maintain an organized project in delivery tools (e.g., FinancialForce, Jira, Asana) and drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and reporting.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager or equivalent, including successfully leading large enterprise engagements and programs.
- Experience working as a consultant and communicating with executives.
- Strong technical background with understanding of software development and cloud technologies (GCP is a plus).
- Scrum/Agile certification and knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Waterfall), with strong preference for agile delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Capacity to travel to client sites as needed and requested (<25%).
