Senior Delivery Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, United States. Travel to client sites may be required as needed, up to 25%.

What you will do

• Manage complete lifecycles of complex enterprise projects and programs using agile delivery principles.
• Lead cross-functional engagements across cloud, data, analytics, AI, application development, digital experience, and strategy.
• Gather requirements, estimate work, define milestones, manage scope, finances, schedules, deliverables, and risks.
• Lead standups, scrum ceremonies, status meetings, retrospectives, and continuous improvement activities.
• Act as the intermediary between customers and technical leadership, resolving concerns and escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain executive and stakeholder communication, client relationships, project reporting, and delivery documentation using tools such as JIRA, Asana, and FinancialForce.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience as an Engagement Manager or in an equivalent technology implementation role.
• Experience leading large enterprise engagements and programs, working as a consultant, and communicating with executives.
• Strong technical understanding of software development and cloud technologies; GCP knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate client requirements into system functionality and project outcomes.
• Scrum or Agile certification and knowledge of enterprise delivery frameworks such as SAFe and Waterfall.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• People or practice leadership experience and an interest in developing delivery management teams.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Mavenlink, and agile software management tools.
