Delivery Project Manager

Salary: $68,500–$116,300 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead moderately complex client engagements by developing project plans, coordinating activities, and managing deliverables.
• Manage schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, resources, and project performance.
• Partner with Account Management, cross-functional teams, and client stakeholders to align expectations and resolve delivery issues.
• Provide project status, risk, milestone, and action-item updates through governance and reporting processes.
• Coordinate documentation, meetings, financial activities, reporting, and action-item tracking.
• Use project management technologies and AI-enabled productivity tools to improve planning, coordination, reporting, and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management, consulting, client services, business operations, or a related area.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and managing multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, project management tools, and AI-enabled productivity tools.
• Ability to use AI tools to solve business problems, refine outputs, and critically evaluate AI-generated content.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, consulting, managed services, or supply chain.
• CAPM, PMP, or another project management certification.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
