Agile Delivery Manager (AWS Migration & Transformation)

Location: Remote, with candidates required to be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $150,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Lead Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Demos, and backlog management in Jira.
• Prepare weekly engagement status reports, executive readouts, steering committee materials, and migration timelines.
• Maintain RAID logs, track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, and manage escalations.
• Develop AWS migration wave plans, sequencing strategies, and transformation roadmaps with Cloud Architects.
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
• Facilitate knowledge-transfer sessions and convert assessment findings into actionable next steps.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of relevant project or program management experience, including at least 5 years in Agile Project Management.
• Strong experience with Agile Scrum, sprint-based delivery, Jira, RAID logs, escalations, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Experience supporting AWS migration and transformation initiatives and working with Cloud Architects on findings, wave planning, and roadmaps.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and steering committee experience.
• PMP or equivalent Agile Project Management certification.
• Financial Services client experience and legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Experience managing large-scale AWS migration and cloud transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional Agile teams in enterprise environments.
• Experience working with AWS Engagement Managers, Delivery Program Managers, and Cloud Architects.
