Digital Delivery Services Manager

Location: Findlay, Ohio; additional locations in Houston and San Antonio, Texas

What you will do

• Lead the daily operations, development, performance, and staffing of project managers, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
• Establish delivery standards, playbooks, templates, reporting expectations, rituals, and performance indicators.
• Align delivery resources and capabilities with portfolio priorities, business demand, capacity needs, and organizational requirements.
• Monitor delivery health, risks, dependencies, constraints, planning discipline, and progress transparency across initiatives.
• Partner with Portfolio Management, LACE, Product leadership, Product Owners, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to improve execution and agile maturity.
• Build delivery capability through coaching, career paths, role expectations, and ongoing skills development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another computer-related field.
• 10 or more years of diversified IT experience.
• 3 or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience.
• Experience managing agile delivery teams and working in agile delivery environments.
• Strategic outlook, business acumen, results orientation, strong communication, adaptability, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Certified Scrum Master or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner certification is preferred.
