Project Manager, Foundations - Michels Construction, Inc.

Location: Renton, Washington, United States; travel up to 25–30%.

Expected salary range: $110,000–$165,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate designated construction projects to meet schedule and funding parameters.
• Manage the civil scope, including ground improvements, earthwork, and precast construction.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate internal and external project stakeholders.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and customer needs.
• Anticipate project requirements and maintain clear verbal and written communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• Five or more years of post-college experience.
• Experience with deep foundations, heavy civil construction, design-build, and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Availability to travel up to 25–30%.

Nice to have

• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• PMP or PE certification.
