Senior Project Manager - Foundations (Power Delivery & Deep Civil Infrastructure)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin; various project-based locations across the United States. Travel is required for long-term onsite project assignments.

What you will do

• Lead projects through pursuit, estimating, execution, and closeout.
• Oversee foundation and civil scopes, including drilled piers, caissons, driven piles, micropiles, structural concrete, spread footings, anchors, excavation, and site access construction.
• Manage safety, schedule, budget, quality, forecasting, cost controls, productivity, and risk.
• Lead and mentor project teams, field leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimating, procurement, field operations, clients, and partners.
• Address constructability challenges, geotechnical risks, logistical constraints, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in civil, foundation, transmission, or substation construction.
• Direct experience with deep foundation systems, including drilled piers, caissons, driven piles, micropiles, and specialty foundations.
• Experience managing large, complex construction projects and multiple project teams simultaneously.
• Experience with Primavera, HCSS, or similar project scheduling and management software, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, willingness to travel, and readiness for long-term onsite project assignments.
