Construction Project Manager - Foundations (Power Infrastructure)

Location: Syracuse, NY; long-term onsite assignments at various project locations in the United States. Travel is required.

Salary: $110,000–$170,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout.
• Manage drilled pier and caisson foundations, spread footings, structural concrete, direct-embed structures, anchor systems, grading, excavation, and access development.
• Coordinate field personnel, civil crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Track project costs, forecasts, schedules, productivity metrics, quality, and safety performance.
• Identify and mitigate constructability challenges, geotechnical risks, and logistical constraints.
• Maintain client relationships and support profitable project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, construction management, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5–7 years of construction project management experience, preferably in civil, foundation, transmission, or substation work.
• Experience with project management and scheduling software such as Primavera, HCSS, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel and commit to long-term onsite project assignments.
