Project Manager, Foundations

Location: Peoria, Arizona, United States; travel up to 25–30%

What you will do

• Plan, direct, and coordinate designated projects within defined schedules and funding parameters.
• Manage the civil scope, including ground improvements, earthwork, and precast construction.
• Coordinate subcontractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor project execution, anticipate customer needs, and meet internal and external deadlines.
• Work independently and collaboratively while maintaining clear verbal and written communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• 5 or more years of post-college experience.
• Experience with deep foundations, heavy civil construction, design-build, and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel up to 25–30%.

Nice to have

• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software.
• PMP or PE certification.
