Location: Boston, MA, United States; travel up to 25%

Expected salary range: $154,000–$212,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage large projects or multiple smaller construction projects.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities.
• Ensure project goals are achieved within prescribed timelines and funding parameters.
• Drive profitable project operations.
• Communicate with internal and external customers and project stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering.
• 10 or more years of post-college experience.
• Experience with deep foundations, heavy civil construction, design-build, and/or geotechnical contracting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, meet deadlines, and anticipate customer needs.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating, and project controls software is preferred; PMP or PE certification is desired.
