Senior FP&A Analyst (AI)

Location: Remote within Canada

Base salary: $72,000–$90,000 CAD annually, depending on experience; bonus, commission, benefits, and equity may be additional.

What you will do

• Build and maintain driver-based operating models based on headcount, ARR growth, pipeline, and other business assumptions.
• Analyze current, historical, and projected financial performance, including budget variance and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated reporting and dashboards for key SaaS metrics, with commentary and actionable insights.
• Champion AI- and LLM-powered workflows for financial analysis, insight generation, narrative commentary, and knowledge sharing.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to maintain data integrity and consistency across systems.
• Improve planning processes, reporting cadence, tooling, and cross-functional alignment on assumptions and definitions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, finance, or other data-focused roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Maintain a professional and current LinkedIn profile reflecting the role.
