Salary: $100,000 – $125,000

What you will do

• Build and maintain consolidated financial models for annual operating plans, long-range plans, and monthly forecasts.
• Manage the forecast cycle, including data intake, model updates, and variance analysis for senior leadership.
• Create executive-facing deliverables such as Weekly Business Reviews and quarterly Board/Audit Committee materials.
• Perform detailed variance analyses to explain discrepancies between actuals, plans, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and ops finance teams to consolidate corporate views.
• Develop ad-hoc models and financial analyses to solve business problems.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Strong financial modeling skills with experience building multi-scenario P&Ls from scratch.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for translating analysis into narratives.
• Must be based in the US

Nice to have

• Experience in investment banking or high-growth companies.
• Exposure to public company external reporting cycles (Board, Audit Committee).
• Knowledge of online subscription business metrics and lifetime value (LTV) concepts.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to improve finance workflows.
