Financial Analyst

Location: US Remote

Salary: $100K–$125K annually for US-based candidates; candidates outside the US will receive a location-specific estimated range from the recruiter.

What you will do

• Build and maintain components of the consolidated financial model for annual planning, long-range planning, and monthly forecasting.
• Support forecast-cycle data intake, model updates, variance analysis, and consolidated reporting for senior leadership.
• Prepare executive-facing materials, including weekly business reviews, monthly OpEx reviews, and quarterly Board and Audit Committee materials.
• Develop clear consolidated and segment-level analyses explaining actuals versus plan and forecast.
• Partner with category, marketing, and operations finance counterparts to consolidate and pressure-test business inputs.
• Build financial models and analyses from scratch while improving planning infrastructure through AI, automation, and systems.

Requirements

• B.S. in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or another analytical financial role.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building multi-scenario P&Ls and supporting models from scratch.
• Ability to manipulate large datasets and translate analysis into clear, structured narratives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organization and attention to detail.

• Investment banking or high-growth company experience.
• Exposure to public-company external reporting, Board or Audit Committee materials, earnings, or guidance.
• Experience with online subscription businesses, acquisition marketing metrics, and lifetime value concepts.
• Experience using AI and automation to improve finance workflows.
