Corporate FP&A Analyst

Location: Menlo Park, California, United States; hybrid with in-person attendance at least 3 days per week

Salary: $76K–$99.7K per year

What you will do

• Own employee benefits and taxes forecasting, analyze monthly variances, update forecasts, and report results during close meetings.
• Execute consolidated monthly reporting and planning processes, including Budget vs. Actual analyses.
• Prepare finance materials for quarterly board presentations and deliver analyses for executive stakeholders.
• Standardize and improve reporting processes in collaboration with Corporate Systems.
• Partner with the BI team to automate forecasting processes using Snowflake's internal platform and AI tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, public accounting, or a related finance function.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear presentations for executives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Ability to work in person at the Menlo Park office at least 3 days per week.

• Experience with Adaptive Insights and AI tools.
