Senior Analyst, FP&A (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based at the Frisco, Texas office; candidates must live within commuting distance. Regular in-office attendance is required, with remote work from a home office when not onsite. No relocation assistance is offered.

Salary: USD $95,890–$157,540 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Partner with senior and executive leaders to translate financial data into insights, recommendations, and business decisions.
• Build and own financial models for operating expense and headcount forecasting, scenario analysis, investment decisions, and long-range planning.
• Lead components of annual operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and performance management processes.
• Apply AI-enabled tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting, variance analysis, reporting, and decision support.
• Use Workday Adaptive Planning for forecasting, scenario modeling, reporting, data validation, and planning improvements.
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and summaries while identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
• Experience building and owning complex financial models for executive decision-making.
• Strong business partnership experience with senior or executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience supporting planning, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills, including work with large and complex datasets.
• Ability to work independently, own workstreams end to end, and deliver with limited direction.

Nice to have

• Advanced hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including planning cycles, reporting, scenario modeling, and data validation.
• Experience implementing automation, AI-enabled, or analytics-driven improvements in finance processes.
• Experience in a technology, SaaS, or high-growth environment.
• MBA or a similar advanced credential.
