Senior FP&A Analyst, Systems & Automation (AI)

Location: Toronto office or remote from Costa Rica; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of Pigment, including data integrity, model structure, and user support.
• Identify repetitive finance processes and replace them with scripted data pulls, automation, and AI-assisted reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models, forecasts, dashboards, and variance analysis for budgeting and reporting.
• Use AI tools, Python, SQL, Power Query, or similar technologies to streamline reporting, flux analysis, and data consolidation.
• Partner with Accounting and Revenue Operations to pull, validate, and reconcile data across ERP, CRM, and planning systems.
• Document automated workflows, train finance users, and support close cycles, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid finance and analytics role.
• Hands-on experience with an FP&A planning tool such as Anaplan, Adaptive, Pigment, or a similar platform.
• Practical experience applying AI, financial AI agents, generative AI, or automation tools to real finance workflows.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel or Power Query skills.
• Experience designing, building, and rolling out automated workflows end to end.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field, with strong communication and stakeholder-partnership skills.
