Intern – Sales Support

What you will do

• Support the Sales Coordinator with daily administrative and operational activities.
• Follow up on customer emails and requests and provide timely updates.
• Coordinate and track sample shipments with internal teams.
• Manage commercial and administrative documentation.
• Update forecasts, databases, reports, and tracking tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and follow up on open actions to support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales operations, account coordination, or administration.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SAP.
• Spoken and written English and Spanish are required.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
• High energy, team spirit, proactive problem-solving, resilience, and willingness to learn new business software.
