TL;DR
Desktop Specialist (Desktop Support): Providing onsite PC hardware and software support across Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems with an accent on break-fix troubleshooting, IMAC activities, and customer satisfaction. Focus on resolving desktop and mobility device issues, communicating clearly with users, and maintaining organized, professional support.

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, with assignments in nearby locations including Avon, Euclid, Akron, and Wooster

Salary: $20–$21 per hour on W-2

What you will do

  • Experience with PC hardware and software support.
  • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile device operating systems.
  • IMAC and break-fix support skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized and professional approach with a customer-focused mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting medical technology.
