What you will do

• Lead second-shift distribution operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, and material flow.
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates by setting priorities, assigning work, and driving productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and accurate system transactions.
• Promote a safe, organized work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor operational KPIs, communicate shift performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Balance people leadership with hands-on operational support in a high-volume environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years of experience in a high-volume distribution environment.
• Previous experience leading teams, directing work, and managing employee performance.
• Experience monitoring operational KPIs and implementing corrective actions.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems, inventory systems, or related operational technology.
