Warehouse Supervisor - Crew 1 and Crew 3

What you will do

• Supervise material movement, receiving, loading, unloading, transportation, stacking, order filling, shipping, and stock maintenance.
• Hire and train staff, communicate expectations, and implement company policies and procedures.
• Develop schedules and assign work to maintain an efficient flow of inventory to the production floor.
• Evaluate warehouse organization and space utilization, recommending process improvements.
• Oversee product sorting, maintenance, staging, labeling, and accurate bin placement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and daily checks; supervise damaged-material salvage, non-conforming product logs, and returned goods.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of warehouse or storeroom experience.
• hirify.global Forklift Certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and sit or stand for up to 95% of working hours; the role involves seasonal heat and cold, dust, and some chemical fume exposure.
