Team Leader (Distribution Center)

Location: Greenville, Wisconsin, United States; onsite distribution center role

What you will do

• Lead daily distribution center operations and support achievement of distribution goals.
• Supervise shipping, receiving, truck loading, and finished-parts distribution activities.
• Communicate team goals, safety practices, deadlines, regulations, and performance expectations.
• Mentor team members, troubleshoot operational concerns, and identify training or skill-check needs.
• Assist with hiring and new team member training, and perform supervisory duties when the manager is absent.
• Generate and implement continuous improvement ideas while supporting internal and external customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in manufacturing quality or a related area.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Current forklift or order picker license.
• Ability to work routine shifts, with occasional overtime, weekend work, or shift rotation.
• Applicants may need to be U.S. Persons for positions involving controlled goods or technologies.

Nice to have

• Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
• Order picker or swing reach experience.
• Experience in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems.
