Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Aurora, Colorado, United States

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Administer daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, storage, receiving, and shipment of supplies and equipment.
• Supervise employees by assigning work, monitoring progress, reviewing accuracy, and providing technical guidance.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and ensure warehouse reporting and paperwork are completed correctly and on time.
• Coach and mentor team members on productivity, quality, safety, and company values.
• Monitor overtime against budget and support effective maintenance, space utilization, and equipment protection.
• Work with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
