Enterprise Technical Lead (AI/AWS): Leading software engineering teams and delivering AI-first, production-ready cloud-native solutions for complex enterprise engagements with an accent on technical leadership, scalable architecture, and client collaboration. Focus on designing AWS systems, resolving integration and delivery risks, building AI-driven testing, and guiding teams through high-stakes modernization projects.
Location: Brazil; 100% remote work

What you will do
- Manage 5–8 software engineers and architects through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, career development, and mentoring.
- Lead delivery of AI-first, production-ready software for large and technically complex enterprise engagements.
- Own requirements gathering, backlog refinement, technical decisions, architecture, and solution documentation.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with senior client stakeholders and present progress, risks, and roadmaps to client leadership.
- Identify delivery risks, technical blockers, and relationship issues while serving as the senior escalation point.
- Support presales activities, including scope development, contract review, and complex client presentations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software development and AWS cloud-native systems experience.
- 4+ years managing technical direct reports and leading large-scale or highly complex engagements.
- Experience with professional services engagements, cross-functional projects, legacy systems, and complex integrations.
- Strong expertise in scalable architectures, AWS, APIs, event-driven systems, queues, microservices, and relational and NoSQL databases.
- Proficiency in more than one backend language, such as Python, Node, C#, or TypeScript, plus familiarity with frontend frameworks.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, align stakeholders, resolve conflicts, and build trust with senior clients.
Nice to have
- Computing-related degree.
- Experience with UX/UI, LLMs, AgentCore, GenAI, automated testing, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with system modernization, legacy migration, and enterprise IT governance processes.
