Technical Leader (AI) (Python/.NET/Java/Data): Designing and delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions while leading technical teams through architecture, Scrum delivery, and client-facing execution with an accent on backend development, data systems, cloud technologies, and AI. Focus on defining architectures and timelines, solving complex technical problems, supervising security and system modifications, and developing engineering talent.
Location: Remote for candidates based in Latin America, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic
Workplace: 100% remote

What you will do
- Define solution architecture, deliverables, project timelines, and team goals.
- Lead technical teams through Scrum to deliver scalable, high-performance software.
- Delegate work, supervise system modifications, and collaborate on resolving technical problems.
- Conduct security audits and identify areas for technical improvement.
- Coordinate with engineers, management, and clients to ensure project delivery standards.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations, and hire and train technical personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software development experience with Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript/NodeJS, or data technologies.
- 7+ years of experience leading development teams.
- Professional English proficiency at C1/C2 level.
- Deep expertise with Linux and hosted cloud environments such as Heroku, AWS, or App Engine.
- Experience with open-source technologies, SQL and NoSQL databases, third-party APIs, REST, OAuth, JSON, backend development, data systems, or scalable software architecture.
