What you will do

• Define and maintain the technical vision and architecture for your assigned domain.
• Partner with Technical Product Managers to translate business initiatives into actionable technical requirements.
• Conduct technical reviews to ensure project approaches align with system standards and scalability goals.
• Write code and lead high-impact projects, balancing hands-on development with architectural oversight.
• Establish and enforce shared technical standards across the engineering organization.
• Mentor engineers and Project Leads to elevate system design thinking and technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Deep experience in designing, building, and operating complex software systems.
• Proficiency with Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience developing with AI tools like Claude Code or Cursor.
• Proven ability to influence technical direction across teams without formal management authority.
• Strong communication skills to bridge the gap between technical complexity and business needs.
• Experience working effectively within distributed, remote teams.
