Internship Program at Huntsman – Krakow GBS - Supply Chain Excellence (SAP)

Location: Krakow, Poland; hybrid work with office attendance when required

What you will do

• Support day-to-day back-office activities, including SAP data maintenance, pricing updates, and operational requests.
• Assist with freight cost management by processing and validating invoices, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining documentation.
• Communicate with Sales, Logistics, Customer Service, Supply Chain teams, and hauliers.
• Use SAP and other business tools to support operational processes and maintain accurate data.
• Support process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a university degree.
• Proactive, motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with an interest in supply chain.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Confident written and spoken English.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Availability for at least 25 hours per week and willingness to attend the Krakow office when required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SharePoint.
• Previous work, internship, or SAP experience; these are not required and training is provided.
