Logistics Senior Analyst (SAP/TM)

Location: Wrocław, Poland — on-site at MidPoint 71, Powstańców Śląskich 9, with at least four days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Analyze and maintain logistics and transportation transactional data.
• Work toward achieving service-level agreement targets.
• Provide first-line support for end-user how-to questions.
• Resolve issues and enter or process problem tickets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve processes, tools, and performance measurement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, transportation, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Previous experience with SAP and TM.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with process standardization, centralization, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Strong project management skills covering planning, execution, risk management, and delivery.
