Logistics Coordinator (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Create purchase requisitions, manage documents, and prepare business correspondence.
• Maintain SAP master data and process transactions while keeping logistics databases accurate and up to date.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute periodic reports, KPIs, and operational metrics from SAP, Oflow, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Review import, export, warehousing, and transportation documentation and escalate discrepancies.
• Support inventory management, including cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Coordinate transportation administration, including trucking arrangements, proof of collection, and shipment documentation follow-up.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Advanced English skills in written and verbal communication.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Commitment to accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.

Nice to have

• Experience in administration, logistics, warehousing, or supply chain support.
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with SAP or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Proactive, solution-oriented approach and focus on continuous improvement.
