TL;DR
Order Fulfilment Specialist (F/M/NB) (Retail Supply Chain): Managing end-to-end customer orders, after-sales activities, and returns for retail partners across the DACH region with an accent on fulfilment, reverse logistics, service-level performance, and supply chain efficiency. Focus on solving delivery deviations through data-driven actions, monitoring OTIF and customer KPIs, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and building digital and automated process improvements.
Location: Poland; hybrid work with office attendance 2–3 days per week

What you will do
- Manage customer orders end to end, including after-sales activities and returns management.
- Coordinate with Order Management, Warehouse & Distribution, Sales, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management teams.
- Work with logistics service providers and shipping partners to resolve operational challenges and implement optimization projects.
- Investigate deviations, delays, and process errors using data-driven actions.
- Monitor OTIF and customer-specific performance metrics to improve delivery accuracy and speed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement digital and automated improvements across fulfilment processes.
Requirements
- University degree, ideally in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
- At least 2 years of operational experience in Retail or E-Commerce.
- Knowledge of order fulfilment, returns processes, and the end-to-end supply chain.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer-oriented, and independent working skills.
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP, and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English and availability to work from the office 2–3 days per week in Poland.
