Location: Warsaw, Poland — hybrid work model with 3 days from the office

What you will do
- Lead and support daily customs operations at regional or country level.
- Support and lead customs and supply chain optimization projects.
- Identify opportunities to streamline customs processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
- Develop expertise in international trade laws, customs procedures, import/export regulations, tariff classifications, and compliance requirements.
- Support internal stakeholders with customs-related questions.
- Identify customs risks and compliance gaps, then implement corrective actions.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of customs.
- Experience in supply chain.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Practical experience with MS Office and SAP.
- Continuous learning mindset.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of customs regulations.
- Knowledge of import/export documentation.
- Advanced digital skills.
