Logistics Senior Sourcing Specialist (European Sourcing)

Location: Pruszcz, Poland; responsibilities cover logistics categories in Poland, Germany, and Belgium, with approximately 25% travel.

What you will do

• Define and support sourcing strategies for logistics categories, including transportation, warehousing, and forklifts.
• Identify and lead sourcing projects covering RFPs, negotiations, contracting, supplier relationship management, and claims.
• Drive cost opportunities, synergies, productivity, and continuous improvement with sourcing colleagues and internal stakeholders.
• Develop supplier partnerships, negotiate supply agreements, and secure required capacity.
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels and quality standards.
• Manage budgeting, reporting, pricing control, invoicing and claims while providing market intelligence.

Requirements

• University degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of sourcing experience in a complex and diverse environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good project management skills, technical knowledge, self-management, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, and ERP systems such as Oracle, JDE, or SAP.
• Fluent English and Polish required; ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
