TL;DR
EMEA Demand Planner (Supply Chain): Forecasting finished goods demand across the EMEA region and aligning demand plans with business plans, supply planning, and production planning with an accent on S&OP, market intelligence, statistical forecasting, and lifecycle planning. Focus on optimizing forecasts, running what-if scenarios, correcting forecast-performance issues, and coordinating complex demand exceptions across international teams.
Location: Wroclaw, Poland; on-site work at least four days a week in the designated office. Travel may include up to 10% domestic or international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

What you will do
- Forecast finished goods demand for the EMEA region and align demand plans with business plans.
- Participate in the S&OP process with Portfolio Leaders, Sales & Marketing, Supply Planners, and Planning Managers.
- Collect, validate, and integrate market intelligence into demand plans.
- Coordinate demand-planning exceptions, including forecast bias, uncontrolled demand, and unusual month-to-date consumption.
- Support product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions and phase-in/phase-out transitions.
- Optimize statistical forecasts, monitor performance metrics, maintain data integrity, and conduct what-if scenario analysis.
Requirements
- Previous experience in planning or a similar logistics role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory control, planning systems, forecasting techniques, and statistics.
- Experience with demand and DRP planning tools, such as Kinaxis cloud-based solutions, and familiarity with SAP/APO.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, and process-improvement skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional and international teams.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, and a bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience managing complex portfolios with variable, seasonal, promotional, or unpredictable demand.
- APICS certification or equivalent.
- Experience supporting change-management initiatives.
