Associate Chief of Staff

Location: West Hollywood, California, United States; hybrid role with at least 60% of work from the corporate office

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan

What you will do

• Represent the CEO across the organization and drive strategic initiatives, timelines, processes, and accountability.
• Support Unilever reporting and communications, annual and quarterly planning, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, synthesize information, and facilitate alignment on strategic and commercial priorities.
• Prepare executive briefings, agendas, decision memos, presentations, reporting decks, and customer-facing materials.
• Analyze retailer and customer performance data, sell-through trends, KPI benchmarks, and market insights to develop recommendations.
• Translate company priorities into OKRs and performance scorecards, track initiative status, flag risks, and champion AI adoption.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in finance, strategy, consulting, or a related field, with a bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
• Strong financial literacy and analytical skills, including experience building models, KPI frameworks, and executive-ready narratives.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced project management and stakeholder communication capabilities, including the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work strategically and operationally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining confidentiality and sound judgment.
• Must be able to work from the corporate office at least 60% of the time.
