Chief of Staff, Security Customer Engineering

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $211,000–$290,500 USD base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Manage and facilitate executive leadership cadences across customer engineering operations and people-related activities.
• Prepare internal and external meetings, including developing and overseeing executive briefing documents.
• Lead communications plans, recognition programs, newsletters, announcements, and external presentations.
• Own strategic programs sponsored by executive leadership, from scoping through execution and delivery.
• Support strategic change management initiatives across the Global Security Customer Engineering organization.
• Maintain customer and partner relationships and serve as a deputy or proxy for the Global Security Customer Engineering Leader when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience managing programs across planning, execution, and project delivery while handling multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating materials for executive audiences.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, translate unclear problems into structured workstreams, and influence cross-functional execution.
• Legal right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

• Experience supporting or working directly in a field or go-to-market organization.
• Experience building stakeholder relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations.
• Experience with executive communications, strategic change management, and business-impact initiatives.
