Location: On-site in San Francisco, California

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead founder-priority projects spanning new market initiatives, strategy, and hands-on execution.
• Own the candidate experience and conversion funnel to improve quality and outcomes.
• Design and build scalable operational processes to support rapid growth.
• Support go-to-market efforts, including messaging experiments and partnership development.
• Translate real-world feedback into actionable product priorities.
• Drive ambiguous, high-leverage projects from kickoff to completion.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in a cross-functional or operator role.
• Experience working across functions like product, growth, ops, or partnerships in a fast-moving startup.
• Ability to work at high speed and maintain high standards in ambiguous environments.
• Strong motivation for ownership and driving outcomes.
• Background from a high-performance professional environment (e.g., top-tier consulting or early-stage startups).
• Must be based in San Francisco and able to work in-person with the founding team.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Founder Associate, Chief of Staff, or comparable early-stage startup operator.
