What you will do

• Build and lead the executive office’s daily operating processes, rhythms, and infrastructure to increase CEO leverage.
• Run leadership meetings, board meetings, offsites, quarterly planning, OKRs, leadership reviews, and company-wide communications.
• Own the operating dashboard, define business metrics, run weekly reviews, and identify risks or slipping priorities.
• Lead strategic initiatives across engineering, go-to-market, and operations from ambiguous problem definition through delivery.
• Own board preparation, investor materials, fundraising support, diligence coordination, and stakeholder relationship tracking.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO by challenging assumptions and providing analysis, options, and recommendations.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or operator roles at high-velocity companies, AI labs, startups, consulting, or banking-to-operator environments.
• Experience shipping or operating close to LLM products, with a working understanding of evaluation and inference economics.
• Exceptional writing, analytical thinking, judgment with confidential information, and executive-level relationship management.
• Track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from ambiguous beginnings to completed outcomes.
• Ability to operate under pressure with low ego, high ownership, and strong follow-through.
