Business Intelligence Analyst (Biopharma)

What you will do

• Analyze financial performance, departmental metrics, capacity, budgets, forecasts, and project portfolios.
• Support contractual and financial execution, including proposals, change orders, revenue recognition, monthly budget reviews, and cost allocation analysis.
• Support business development forecasting, capacity planning, program onboarding, and monitoring of scopes of work and deliverables.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, generate insights, and prepare forecasts, recommendations, and strategic plans.
• Maintain and publish departmental performance metrics and produce datasets and reports using system reporting tools.
• Support annual budget and mid-term plan development while coordinating with Finance, PMO, Business Development, and other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of professional experience.
• Experience with project management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Strong business acumen, long-term planning, problem-solving, prioritization, and financial analysis skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse contributors and demonstrate integrity and personal responsibility.

Nice to have

• MBA and/or PMP certification.
• Knowledge of the biologics industry.
