Business Analyst I (Business Intelligence)

What you will do

• Analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Build, maintain, and communicate reporting models, scorecards, KPIs, and related performance tools.
• Prepare and present findings to teams and company leadership using dashboards, PowerPoint, Power BI, and other visualization tools.
• Support the Operations Intelligence and Business Intelligence teams with operational decision-making and business growth initiatives.
• Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and translate high-level requests into underlying business needs.
• Recommend improvements to operational efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with operations leadership.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics preferred.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of business intelligence best practices and ability to maintain BI continuing education credentials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; advanced Excel and data-management skills strongly preferred.
