Quality Analytics Manager (Biotech)

Location: Boston, MA, United States. Flex options include remote five days per week with occasional office visits, hybrid work remotely up to two days per week, or on-site work five days per week.

Salary: $114,400–$171,600 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus and annual equity awards.

What you will do

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns, preparing reports and data visualizations for decision-making.
• Develop data analyses, collection systems, and strategies that improve statistical efficiency and quality.
• Generate and maintain metrics for Quality Leadership Teams and governance of quality systems and activities.
• Document data life cycles, data sources, and chains of custody.
• Develop methods for collecting, storing, analyzing, and reporting data from disparate systems.
• Identify quantitative review opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Typically four years of experience in data analysis and reporting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills with careful attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience developing queries, writing reports, and creating data visualizations.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages such as R, SPSS, or SAS.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization applications such as Power BI or Tableau.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or another regulated industry.
• Awareness of regulations related to pharmaceutical or device development, manufacturing, and distribution.
