Associate Analyst Business Operations (Supply Chain)

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $54,000–$81,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Review operational and expense data to identify efficiency improvements and divisional cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports highlighting expense-reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate with Inventory Management, Information Systems, Financial Audit, Accounts Payable, and other organizational groups.
• Analyze current and future sales trends to support growth and expansion planning.
• Participate in cross-functional projects that improve supply chain efficiency and inventory practices.
• Present findings and recommendations to managers and project leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including basic functions, charts, PivotTables, and nested formulas.
• Ability to analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions.
• Strong time-management skills, including prioritizing tasks, tracking details, and meeting multiple deadlines.
• No prior work experience or certification is required.
