Product Engineering Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Guide the Product Engineering AI roadmap by defining architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and scalable design patterns.
• Design and deliver enterprise-grade Generative AI applications, Agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, conduct proofs of concept, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams on secure, responsible, and compliant AI implementations.
• Develop reference architectures and reusable components while mentoring engineers and architects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise technology delivery.
• At least 3 years of strong knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI systems, and AI operational frameworks.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and architecting complex solutions in regulated or highly governed environments.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Strands, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of RAG solutions, vector databases, memory systems, prompt engineering, model optimization, integration protocols, tool-calling frameworks, APIs, responsible AI, and LLM infrastructure.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, GCP Gemini AI, M365 Copilot Studio, or comparable platforms.
• Relevant AI, cloud, or architecture certifications.
