What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering and architecture teams in the end-to-end delivery of complex AI systems.
• Define and enforce reference architectures, technical patterns, and delivery standards for enterprise AI adoption.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-level stakeholders (CIO, CTO, CDO) to define AI strategies.
• Oversee a portfolio of large-scale AI delivery programs, ensuring architectural integrity and risk mitigation.
• Mentor senior architects and engineers to raise the overall technical bar of the AI practice.
• Drive the integration of generative AI, agentic systems, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) into production.

Requirements

• 12+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architecture leadership delivering enterprise-scale systems.
• Proven experience delivering cloud-native, AI-driven applications from concept to production.
• Deep expertise in Agentic AI (Semantic Kernel, LangChain), RAG optimization, and vector databases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, and .NET ecosystem (C#).
• Strong proficiency in MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and containerized architectures on Azure.
• Must be authorized to work in the US; the company cannot sponsor work visas.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, or Databricks credentials.
• Contributions to the AI ecosystem through whitepapers, OSS, or conference speaking.
