Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator I

Location: Otsego, Minnesota, United States; requires travel to projects across the United States and up to 100% travel

Salary: $78,000–$101,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Conduct job-site visits and HSE audits.
• Investigate incidents and support emergency response.
• Assist operations with HSE program compliance and communication.
• Lead meetings, safety trainings, and new-hire orientations.
• Travel to energy infrastructure projects across the United States.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Experience in a safety role is not required; transmission-line experience is preferred.
• Hold a valid driver license for the vehicles operated and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States.

Nice to have

• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentials.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
