Safety Coordinator - Michels Energy Holdings, Inc.

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, with travel to projects anywhere in the United States; up to 100% travel, including nights and weekends.

What you will do

• Conduct job-site visits, safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency response.
• Support operations with HSE program compliance and communication.
• Lead safety meetings, trainings, and new-hire orientations.
• Travel to energy infrastructure projects across the United States.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a safety role.
• At least 5 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles used and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 100% of the time across the United States.

Nice to have

• Board of Certified Safety Professionals credentialing.
• Certified Utility Safety Professional credentialing.
