Health, Safety, and Environmental Coordinator (Energy Infrastructure)

Location: Anderson, Indiana, United States; travel to projects across the United States up to 100% of the time. The role requires flexible schedules, including nights and weekends, and 30 days on / 10 days off rotations.

What you will do

• Conduct job-site visits, safety audits, incident investigations, and emergency response activities.
• Support operations with compliance and communication of HSE programs.
• Lead or assist with safety meetings, training sessions, and new hire orientations.
• Travel to energy infrastructure projects across the United States.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the oil or gas industry.
• Experience in a safety role; entry-level candidates may be considered.
• Valid driver license for the vehicles used and an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 100% across the United States and work 30 days on / 10 days off rotations.
• Availability for flexible and varied schedules, including nights and weekends.

Nice to have

• Experience with transmission lines.
• Board of Certified Safety Professionals and/or Certified Utility Safety Professional credentials.
• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
