Human Resources Intern (P&G Management Internship Program)

What you will do

• Lead one or more HR projects linked to functional, organizational, or site strategic objectives.
• Deliver project outputs such as reports, analyses, presentations, toolkits, or events by the end of the internship.
• Research topics and gather information through appropriate channels.
• Coordinate logistics and secure the resources required to complete projects.
• Work on initiatives related to employee engagement, compensation and benefits, labor relations, recruiting, or training and development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Penultimate-year student graduating between December 2027 and July 2028.
• Ability to analyze problems, develop creative solutions, prioritize work, and deliver commitments.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
• Ability to learn on the job and work effectively in a multicultural and diverse environment.
