Human Resources Assistant

What you will do

• Provide administrative support to the APAC HR function, including recruitment assistance, interview scheduling, benefits administration, and document management.
• Maintain HRIS data and prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports.
• Collaborate with internal departments on HR-related needs.
• Support recruitment social media content, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Handle confidential employee information and complete assigned HR projects and ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional office setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
