Total Rewards Program Intern (Employee Wellbeing/HR Analytics): Supporting global and country-level wellbeing initiatives, the Singapore Peer Support Program, HR reporting, and day-to-day HR operations with an accent on mental wellbeing, stakeholder coordination, communication planning, and data visualization. Focus on coordinating vendors and volunteers, updating HR policies, researching industry practices, and presenting data to support actionable decisions.
Location: Shugart site, Singapore. Travel: None.

operates a research and design center at the Shugart site alongside manufacturing and R&D environments.
What you will do
- Support the planning and implementation of global and country-level employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, timelines, resources, marketing, and communication plans.
- Support the design and implementation of the Singapore Peer Support Program, including structure, training cadence, communications, and volunteer engagement.
- Strengthen awareness, accessibility, and engagement around mental wellbeing.
- Update HR Portal policies and provide support for HR metrics, reporting, and data visualization.
- Research HR topics and industry practices while supporting day-to-day HR and administrative operations.
Requirements
- Passion for employee wellbeing, mental health, HR marketing, communication, or analytics.
- Ability to understand data and trends, prepare reports, and present insights for actionable decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Strong creativity and communication design skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with creative content production tools such as Canva.
