HR Manager

Location: Singapore, SG; this role will be based in Singapore

Salary: SGD 5,500–7,500 per month

What you will do

• Advise management as an internal consultant on employment processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and implement programs aligned with company values, business goals, and workforce needs.
• Lead succession planning, performance management, competency modeling, and leadership development initiatives.
• Coach leaders and executives on personal and organizational growth.
• Support major operational changes and facilitate team-building workshops.
• Partner with HR and line management on cultural, diversity, and affirmative action initiatives; occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field, with 5–8 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience managing employment programs, organizational development, and performance initiatives.
• Ability to supervise staff, including hiring, work assignment, performance evaluation, training, and problem resolution.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Must be based in Singapore.
